Merry Christmas Everyone, Hope you are all well and safe and have had a great time. I am hoping you all got to spend time with family and friends and for those of you who spent christmas alone, I am hoping you were nice to yourself and did something like eat something yummy or curl up and watch a favourite movie etc.
I played everquest lol for a couple of hours christmas morning and thoroughly confused people in general chat by saying Merry Christmas when it was still Christmas Eve where they were, and when I explained that I am from Australia, had people asking if Skippy was coming to the Christmas BBQ lol. Slept from lunch til evening (42 degrees heat and humidity and no kids at home, too hot to do anything else but lie under a fan) and then had a very nic christmas night.
What did everyone else do for Christmas?

LOL Uni sorry to hear no heat. I have cold showers even in winter (kids dont lol, they hate cold showers, is so much easier than wooden sthingy for punishment, just mention shower has cold water and they behave so well!!!)
We dont ever get near cold enough to snow here, we are 20 mins east of rainforest and 20 mins west of pacific ocean and on top of a plateau.
You are welcome here anytime you like lol, hire or buy a caravan, i have huge concrete slab out back big enough to park huge caravan plus annexe. (tiny house, lol but 1/4acre block of land)
You might need to have aircon in caravan tho lol, cause i know other ppl who have come over from uk and they just about died from the heat and humidity for the first two summers.

On the bright side Uni in the cold you can always put more layers of clothing and blankets on. Here when it is so hot and humid there is only so many layers a female can take off and still be publicly acceptable. Almost everyday of summer I understand why the women in africa and south american countries walk around almost naked.
